Confirm and Arrive

You will get a confirmation by email. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.

24-Hour Notice

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies, and a no-show is charged in full.

HICAPS on the Spot

Eligible remedial massage can be claimed against your health fund at the clinic. Check your level of cover first.

Health and Comfort

Tell us about injuries, allergies or pregnancy before the session so we can adjust the treatment.

How do I book a massage at Green Palm?

Use the booking window on this page: pick a clinic (or mobile service), the treatment and duration, then a time. You will get an email confirmation. You can also call 1300 482 118 or walk in.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — at least 24 hours ahead, from the booking system or by calling the clinic. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies, and a no-show is charged in full.

Does Green Palm accept health fund claims?

Yes. HICAPS on-the-spot claiming is available at every clinic for eligible remedial massage. Bring your health fund card and check your cover first.

What should I tell my therapist before the session?

Any injuries, medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy, so the treatment can be adjusted safely. Some treatments are not suitable in the first trimester.
