Cupping

Duration

  • 15 mins

Cupping uses suction to lift the tissue rather than press into it, drawing blood to the area and releasing fascia that manual pressure struggles to reach. Usually added to a remedial or deep tissue treatment.

Temporary circular marks are normal and fade within a few days.

Best for

  • Stubborn back and shoulder tightness
  • Fascial restriction
  • An add-on to remedial or deep tissue work

The benefit

Targeted Relief
through Customisation

Unlike generic treatments, your therapist begins with a consultation to understand your needs, lifestyle and pain points. That lets us customise the session for desk-posture tension, sporting recovery or headache relief — targeting the deepest layers of muscle and connective tissue.

The benefit

Restored Holistic
and Mental Wellbeing

Controlled, rhythmic pressure stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and lowers cortisol. It melts muscular tension and clears mental fatigue, leaving you grounded, refreshed and better equipped for everyday demands.

You can book Cupping for 15 mins. Choose the duration when you book online or at reception.

Can I claim it through my health fund?

Walk-ins are welcome when a therapist is free, but booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want, especially on weekends and late-night trading. Book online at booking.greenpalm.com.au or call the clinic.
